About the Partnership

Who we are, how this works, and why it matters.

Short version: we partner with leading real estate services companies to create value, ensure succession, and accelerate growth — while preserving local leadership and identity. Longer version below.

The Opportunity

Property management is local. We intend to keep it that way.

The communities people live in, the boards they serve on, the neighbors they rely on — these aren’t just line items on a balance sheet. They’re shaped by the people who guide them and make decisions on their behalf.

Property management has always been a local business because great service depends on relationships, judgment, and an understanding of the communities being served. As the industry grows and consolidates, we believe scale should strengthen those qualities, not replace them. Continuum’s Partnership model combines the resources and capabilities of a national organization with local leadership, local autonomy, and shared ownership — allowing our Partners to remain close to their clients while gaining the advantages of being part of something larger.

The Difference

We didn’t invent your business. We’re here to help it grow.

When you partner with Continuum, your name stays on the door, your team stays in place, and your relationships stay yours. What changes is the resources behind you — purchasing power, shared expertise, and a network of leaders solving the same problems you are.

We measure success the way you do: by the strength of the relationships you keep, not just the size of the platform you join.

The Invitation

If you’re building something worth protecting, let’s talk.

Every partnership starts with a conversation, not a term sheet. We’d like to understand your business, your goals, and what you’re protecting before we talk about what a partnership could look like.

Jeff Nixon

Jeff Nixon is Chief Investment Officer of Continuum Companies, where he leads M&A execution and integration planning. He joined Continuum in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, and his role evolved alongside the company’s growth from a single-market operator into an acquisitive, multi-market platform — today he owns the deal pipeline end to end, from sourcing and structuring through diligence, closing, and post-close integration planning. Before Continuum, Jeff structured credit for operating businesses and real estate transactions at Wells Fargo. Previously, he founded and operated an e-commerce furniture distribution business, which he later sold to a regional strategic, after beginning his career in real estate investment banking at Bluestone Capital. Chris Baxter
Chief Integration Officer
Chris Baxter

As Chief Integration Officer at Continuum Companies, Chris Baxter leads the integration of newly acquired partner brands, bringing their technology, finance, HR, and operations onto the platform so each business runs better than it did on its own. That’s where the value in a deal gets created, and how sellers come to see Continuum as the partner to choose rather than just another buyer. He also leads Continuum’s AI initiatives across the portfolio and manages IT infrastructure, building tools that remove the manual lift from migrations, reporting, and reconciliation. He spent many years in property management operations before this role and holds the PCAM designation through CAI — you can’t integrate a business at scale without understanding how it runs day to day and earning the trust of its leadership.
