About the Partnership

Who we are, how this works, and why it matters.

Short version: we partner with leading real estate services companies to create value, ensure succession, and accelerate growth — while preserving local leadership and identity. Longer version below.

The Opportunity

Property management is local. We intend to keep it that way.

The communities people live in, the boards they serve on, the neighbors they rely on — these aren’t just line items on a balance sheet. They’re shaped by the people who guide them and make decisions on their behalf.

Property management has always been a local business because great service depends on relationships, judgment, and an understanding of the communities being served. As the industry grows and consolidates, we believe scale should strengthen those qualities, not replace them. Continuum’s Partnership model combines the resources and capabilities of a national organization with local leadership, local autonomy, and shared ownership — allowing our Partners to remain close to their clients while gaining the advantages of being part of something larger.

The Difference

We didn’t invent your business. We’re here to help it grow.

When you partner with Continuum, your name stays on the door, your team stays in place, and your relationships stay yours. What changes is the resources behind you — purchasing power, shared expertise, and a network of leaders solving the same problems you are.

We measure success the way you do: by the strength of the relationships you keep, not just the size of the platform you join.

The Invitation

If you’re building something worth protecting, let’s talk.

Every partnership starts with a conversation, not a term sheet. We’d like to understand your business, your goals, and what you’re protecting before we talk about what a partnership could look like.

Chris Baxter
Chief Integration Officer
Chris Baxter

As Chief Integration Officer at Continuum Companies, Chris Baxter leads the integration of newly acquired partner brands, bringing their technology, finance, HR, and operations onto the platform so each business runs better than it did on its own. That’s where the value in a deal gets created, and how sellers come to see Continuum as the partner to choose rather than just another buyer. He also leads Continuum’s AI initiatives across the portfolio and manages IT infrastructure, building tools that remove the manual lift from migrations, reporting, and reconciliation. He spent many years in property management operations before this role and holds the PCAM designation through CAI — you can’t integrate a business at scale without understanding how it runs day to day and earning the trust of its leadership.

Tarek Richan
President & Managing Partner
Tarek Richan

Tarek Richan has led KassCon since 2007, taking over the company from founder Roland Kassis, a member of his extended family. He came to the business from an unlikely direction: a decade in higher education, where he served as Financial Aid Director and later VP of Admissions at Lehigh Valley College. Twelve of the client relationships he inherited that year are still active today, including one that has run continuously for 24 years. KassCon now handles roughly 105 recurring contracts across a 25-mile radius from Center City into southern New Jersey with a team of 65. Tarek was in business with Continuum’s leadership before the concept existed, and within Continuum KassCon holds a distinct seat as one of the three original companies and the partnership’s only independent commercial cleaning operation. His standard hasn’t changed in nearly two decades: when something goes wrong, KassCon makes it right.

Divya Rashad
President & Managing Partner
Divya Rashad

Divya Rashad has been building a career in property management across three decades. Before becoming President of The Andrews Organization, she filled a ledger’s worth of knowledge working through the various departments. From maintenance to accounting. From sales to compliance. From basements to rooftops. Divya worked her way up from bookkeeper through assistant manager, senior manager, broker, Executive Vice President, and COO — there is no job in the company she hasn’t done herself. That history shapes her approach and strategy towards business growth and office culture: a deep understanding of daily operations not only informs but advises in the practice of anticipatory empathy. A board needs a partner, and a team is not an island. Technology, to her, is a tool for her managers — never a replacement for them. That people-first instinct, a 300-building perspective, and a bias for straight answers are what she brings to the Partnership.

Ron Finger
President & Managing Partner
Ron Finger

Ron Finger has been a fixture in the New York property management industry since 1992. In 2007, he took the leap to launch his own firm, starting with a single multi-family property. Under his leadership, that firm has grown into a portfolio of over 165 multi-family properties comprising more than 7,500 units. Today, Ron serves as President of Finger Management Realty and brings that same entrepreneurial drive and hands-on operational expertise to the partnership at Continuum, lending decades of institutional knowledge to a platform that spans multiple brands across the property management industry. Beyond the day-to-day, Ron is committed to giving back — Finger Management Realty proudly supports the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board (UHAB) and the Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation (NMIC), both dedicated to affordable housing in the NY metro area, as well as Community Mainstreaming Associates (CMA). Outside the office, Ron can usually be found golfing, out on the boat, or traveling with family whenever the chance arises.
